Festival of Writing, Performance, & Video

Curated by Amina Cain & Jennifer Karmin

WEEK THREE
Memory’s Encounter: The Language of Position
featuring experimental literature, creative lectures, and multimedia presentations

The festival moves to how we, as humans and artists, meet our experiences. Working from the idea that there is no fixed self, who or what is present in a moment, as well as in a memory, emerges as a question. Who are these selves that make us? What are these experiences we come forward to meet? And does difference of social-cultural position change form and content?
